LogicaMente
The Neuro-Psycho-Edu Logical Website
Logic is a central characteristic of human beings. However, what does it mean to be logical from a neuro-logical, psycho-logical, and edu-logical point of view? How can we promote logical and critical thinking in a pro-active way? In addition, how do internal and external environments influence brain and cell functions?
Having a greater neuroscientific, psychological, and educational understanding of the logic of these processes has a practical implication for well-being. To elicit the discussion about these questions and to increase our understanding of the subject, the Research Institute for Neuroscience, Education, and Didactics of the Patrizio Paoletti Foundation (FPP), concomitantly to the first World Logic Day, has created the digital platform "LogicaMente".
The 1st World Logic Day
LogicaMente is the symposium organized towards the first World Logic Day edition (2019) coordinated by the Research Institute for Neuroscience, Education, and Didactics (RINED) of the Fondazione Patrizio Paoletti (FPP). The aim of LogicaMente is to bring together top experts and share their knowledge on the logic of the human machine from a neuroscientific, psychological, and biological points of view.
The official day of the 1st World Logic Day is January 14, which is the New Year's day, according to the Julian Calendar. To celebrate this day, universities and research centres throughout the world have decided to organize events to develop, promote, and make better-known logic in the world. RINED is part of this international network with a shared goal.
